L2 Property Management was established in 2014 to help Bay Area residents with property management. Our goal is to help you maximize your rental, whether it be a short-term, long-term, or vacation rental. We are a small company that will give you the personal touch you deserve.

History

L2 Property Management was created by two brothers who went into the rental business together. After buying our first fourplex we looked into having it professional managed and after interviewing several firms, decided that no one can offer the type of services we wanted. We pride ourselves with attention to detail, responsiveness, and providing clear communiciation. We make sure all tenant issues are addressed in a timely manner and that the property is maintained properly.
